AI Summer Week 2026 · ETH Zurich
Outdoor maps stop at the entrance. Mappr keeps going: room by room, lift by lift, step-free where you need it. Type where you are going and follow the line.
We watched people arrive at a lecture hall late, walk a corridor twice, and give up on a lift that turned out to be behind a locked door. Mappr fixes those three, and nothing else.
Every room, lift and stairwell gets its own address, so you can send someone a link that opens on the exact door instead of the postcode.
Ask for step-free and the line only uses lifts and ramps that are unlocked at that hour. No route we cannot verify gets drawn.
Timings come from walking the building, not from straight-line distance, so five minutes means five minutes with the lift wait included.
On the first morning of AI Summer Week we could not find our own room. Everybody in the team had a story like it: a hospital corridor, a school on an open day, a station with a lift that was out. Outdoor maps are solved. The last hundred metres are not, and they are the part that decides whether somebody arrives comfortably or gives up. Mappr is our answer to that hundred metres, and we would like to point it at a building you know.
Five schools, four countries, one week at ETH Zurich.
Tell us which building gives people the most trouble and roughly how many rooms it has. We will come back with what mapping it would take.
